✦ How to Use Your Throat Chakra Oil
Diffuse It Add 1–2 drops to a room diffuser or aromatherapy necklace to invite clear, open communication into your space and energy field.
Make a Room Spray Combine 15–20 drops with 2 oz. of distilled water in a spray bottle. Shake well before each use and mist your space before important conversations, creative work, or meditation.
