Do you accept returns?

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the personal or made-to-order nature of certain products, returns cannot be accepted on the following items:

  • Essential oils & blends
  • Lavender pillows
  • Catnip items
  • Therapy packs

That said, your satisfaction matters! If there's ever a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help..

For approved returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the error is mine
  • Items must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original resalable condition
  • Your refund (minus original shipping cost) will be processed once the item is safely back in my hands
  • Please hold onto your tracking number — you'll need it!

Please note that items which have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery — or during return transit — are not eligible for a refund.
