Do you accept returns?
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the personal or made-to-order nature of certain products, returns cannot be accepted on the following items:
- Essential oils & blends
- Lavender pillows
- Catnip items
- Therapy packs
That said, your satisfaction matters! If there's ever a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help..
For approved returns:
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the error is mine
- Items must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original resalable condition
- Your refund (minus original shipping cost) will be processed once the item is safely back in my hands
- Please hold onto your tracking number — you'll need it!
Please note that items which have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery — or during return transit — are not eligible for a refund.
