Heat Pack for Hands Knees Shoulders, Washable Peach Floral Cover, 12 by 7 inch Cold Pack

Give your hard working self a little warmth and relaxation with a microwavable pack. The 100% cotton cover features a floral print in cheerful shades of peach on a creamy white background with soft green leaves.

It's the perfect size for achy shoulders, hands and knees. This versatile size is about half the weight of long therapy packs making it easy to handle.

~ Why rice? Your pack starts with a sturdy cotton muslin liner filled with heat retentive rice as shown in the last photo. The liner is then sectioned into 3 parts so the heat stays where you want it to. Rice is used as the filler because it absorbs moisture from the air in between uses so you'll get a nice, moist penetrating heat every time.

~ Long lasting moist heat The warmth will last about 20-25 minutes, the amount of time usually recommended for heat application.

~ Do you prefer to cool things down? No problem! Your pack can also be chilled in the freezer.

~ No added scent While the only scent is the rice you can tuck a little sachet of lavender, peppermint or even your favorite herbal tea bag in the opening of the cover after heating to add aromatherapy benefits. The advantage of this is your pack will last for years but herbs don't hold up to repeated microwaving. So, when your sachet is spent you only have to replace that and not your entire therapy pack!

~ What you'll get Listing is for one rice filled pack with a removable, washable cotton cover. The inside is approximately 12 inches long by 7 inches wide and weighs approximately 1 pound 6 ounces. Placement of flowers will vary. Scented sachet is not included.
