SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS with a delivery confirmation. Handmade items are shipped within 1-7 business days and DIY supplies within 1-3 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. If you need your item sooner please contact me and we'll see what we can work out.
All items in each order must ship to the address on the order. To have items shipped to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
To prevent typographical errors, I use the address provided during checkout as your shipping address. Please double check for accuracy. Customer is responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address. If a change in address is required, it has to be emailed to me same day of purchase as my turnaround shipping can be immediate. Customer is responsible for reshipping if they give the wrong address.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact me within 2 days of delivery and save all packing materials and take photos of the damage for insurance claim. Failure to cooperate in the claim process will result in no refund being issued.
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted but please contact me within 2 days of delivery if there's a problem with your order. In the event we agree on a return the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is mine. Item must be postmarked within 3 days of initial delivery and the item must be unopened, unused and in original condition for resale. Refund, less original shipping, will be issued when item is delivered back to me. Please keep your tracking #. Used, open or items damaged after delivery to customer or during return shipping will not be refunded.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
In the event your package is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please let me know within 2 days so I can file a report with USPS to try and locate your package through GPS tracking. Waiting longer drastically decreases the chances of your package being located and retrieved and I won't be able to replace though I'll still file the misdelivered report with USPS for you.
